Donation Refund Policy

Par Anand Charitable Trust (“the Trust”) has instituted this Donation Refund Policy to ensure transparency and clarity in the handling of donation-related queries, particularly as digital payments have become increasingly common.

The Trust expects all donors to exercise due care and diligence while making donations. Donations once made are generally non-refundable, as they are immediately allocated towards charitable activities. However, the Trust acknowledges that, in rare cases, donations may be made erroneously.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will be considered only in cases of genuine error, such as:

• Duplicate transactions

• Incorrect donation amount due to technical or payment gateway error

Change of mind or personal reasons do not qualify for a refund.

Refund Request Process

Any request for a refund must comply with the following conditions:

1. The refund request must be submitted in writing or via email to Par Anand Charitable Trust.

2. The request must be received within 7 (seven) days from the date of donation.

3. The donor must clearly mention:

   • Donation Date

   • Donation ID / Receipt Number

   • Donated Amount

   • Reason for the refund request

The Trust may seek additional information or documentation to verify the claim, and donors are expected to cooperate fully in this process.

Discretion of the Trust

Par Anand Charitable Trust reserves the sole discretion to approve or reject any refund request.
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• Where a tax exemption certificate (under Section 80G) has already been issued

• Where the donation has already been utilized for charitable purposes

• Where the request does not meet the conditions outlined above

The Trust is not obligated to process refunds and may decline requests without assigning any reason.
